Our client in Chalfont, PA., raised concerns that she kept getting mold buildup in her shower in the master bathroom. We recommended a combination bath fan/light unit mounted in the shower in the location of an existing recessed light. For this electrical installation we completely covered the floors to keep the dirt off of the Tiel and grout, removed the old light fixture, cut the new opening to the proper size to receive the new fan/ light unit, installed the unit, wired it and also ran new ducting to vent it outside of the house. Bathroom fans are a great product for not only removing unwanted odors from the bathroom , but also removing excess moisture from long showers and prevent mold buildup on walls and ceilings.
